How To Save A File

To avoid having to wait for a file to download the next time you want to view it,

we recommend saving the file to your local disk drive.

Windows systems:

  1. Do not click on the link [the normal way].  You should:

  2. Perform a "RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON" click on the link.

  3. A pop-up menu will appear.  Select the "SAVE TARGET AS" option.

  4. A "Save As" dialog box will appear.  Browse to a familiar location on your local hard drive, then click the "SAVE" button.

Mac systems:

  1. Do not click on the link [the normal way].  You should:

  2. Hold down the "CONTROL KEY", then click on the link - and continue holding the mouse button down to "hold the click".

  3. A pop-up menu will appear.  While still holding the mouse button down, scroll to the "DOWNLOAD LINK TO DISK" option, then release the mouse button.

  4. A "Save" dialog box will appear.  Browse to a familiar location on your local hard drive, then click the "SAVE" button.
